Anuradha Ganapathy

Director & Country Head Human Resources, Credit Suisse India

Anuradha Ganapathy is currently Director & Country Head Human Resources (HR) for Credit Suisse India.

She joined Credit Suisse in June 2011 as the HR Business Partner for the domestic business in Investment Banking and Private Banking in India. She has 15 years of experience in human resources, including significant HR leadership experience in the financial services space.

Anuradha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. Xaviers, Mumbai and a Management Degree in Human Resources from Institute of Management Development and Research, Pune.

She is an avid reader and an aspiring marathon runner. She has several published articles to her credit and currently pursues her passion for writing by running a weekly blog.

Kamlesh Dangi

Group President - Human Resources, UTI AMC Ltd.

Kamlesh Dangi is Group President - Human Resources in UTI AMC Ltd. He is responsible for formulating and executing effective human resources strategy for UTI AMC Ltd. and its subsidiaries.

He completed his management education from Somaiya Institute of Management Studies in the year 1995. Since then, he has worked with various reputed organizations. Prior to joining UTI AMC Ltd., He was also Group Chief People Officer at Religare Enterprises and was responsible for Religare’s Group Human Resources, Information Technology, Administration and Shared Services functions. He has also worked with ICICI Bank, Shoppers Stop, Toyo Engineering Corporation, etc.

Besides his professional interest, he is a sport enthusiast and an active marathoner.

Mainak Dhar

Managing Director at General Mills - India, Middle East, Africa, Asia Export Markets (IMEA) Region

Mainak Dhar is the Managing Director at General Mills for the India, Middle East, Africa, Asia Export Markets (IMEA) Region. An MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Mainak began his career with Procter & Gamble, where he spent close to 18 years. He began his career in marketing in India and then spent 15 years outside of India in marketing and General Management roles across the Asia Pacific region. In 2014, Mainak returned to India as Managing Director for General Mills India, where he led the business and organisational transformation that led not only to business acceleration but also to General Mills India entering the Great Place To Work’s ‘Best Companies To Work For’ list for the first time ever in India as the #1 Foods company in the list and #3 FMCG company. In 2017, he took on a new role at General Mills, leading the broader IMEA Region. Mainak’s passion at work is to not just deliver the business but create a ‘smell of the place’ that unleashes the potential of talent by simplifying work, anchoring business in a broader sense of purpose and creating an open culture led by ideas, not hierarchy. Mainak lives in Mumbai with his wife and nine year old son. A self described ‘cubicle dweller by day and writer by night’, Mainak is also a bestselling author with seventeen books to his credit. Massimo Magni

SDA and MISB Bocconi Professor of Leadership, Organization and Human Resources

Massimo Magni is SDA Professor of Leadership, Organization and Human Resources. He is Associate Professor in Organization and Information Systems at Bocconi University.

At SDA Bocconi, he was Director of Organization and Human Resources Management Department and representative for custom programs from 2007 to 2012. He conducted numerous organizational behavior and leadership workshops as well as research and training projects in Europe, Middle East and North America working with important brands in the banking and food&beverage industry.

His research activities focus on leadership, team design and management and project collaboration. Currently, he is deepening four main topics: the relationship between team management and team dynamics, project team collaboration and integration, individual and team decision making under stress and leadership styles and behaviors.

He is the author of numerous books and articles on the subject. His works have been published in International Journal of Training and Development,MIS Quarterly and Journal of Product Innovation Management, among others. He is a member of the editorial board of Economia & Management and of International Journal of Information Management. He was Visiting Scholar in many international universities, including the University of Louisville, the University of Arkansas and the University of Maryland at College Park. He was also Visiting Instructor at University of Queensland (Australia) and at University of Texas; he is Instructor at MISB Mumbai.

Massimo earned a Degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University, a Ph.D. in Organization and Information Systems from LUISS University in Rome and an ITP (International Teachers Programme) at Kellogg School of Business (Northwestern University, Chicago).

Prashant Srivastava

Mr. Prashant Srivastava works as President Group HR and People Excellence responsible for aligning Human Capital with business strategy and driving people excellence across Reliance Group.

Prashant specializes in driving business growth, through optimizing human value chain and thereby creating a competitive advantage. His experience in transformational leadership, managerial development and employee engagement helps him to create high performing and customer focussed organizations. Prashant has also extensively worked on Business Strategy, Corporate Governance and Operational Excellence helping him link HR initiatives to strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining Reliance, his last few assignments include Partner – Engagement, Culture, Talent and Performance at Aon Hewitt ; Country Manager and Managing Partner India at Gallup India and Managing Consultant at Tata Strategic Management Group. In his consulting stints, Prashant worked with businesses across India, Middle East, UK, USA, South Asia and South East Asia. Prashant has also managed businesses and turned around 4 businesses in last 20 years by turning revenue into profit in 2 years.

Prashant is Master of Business Administration (MBA), Strategy and Finance, from IIM, Ahmedabad and BE (Hons.) - Mechanical Engineering from NIT, Raipur. Senior General Manager and Head Human Resources, ICICI Bank

Mr. T.K. Srirang, Senior General Manager, heads Human Resources function for ICICI Bank Limited. He is also a Member of the Research Advisory Council of IIT Bombay - Monash Research Academy, Member of IMD, Switzerland’s Executive Education Advisory Council, Member of Society of Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, Member of the Governing Body of The International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore (IIIT-B ) and former Board Member of the National HRD Network.

Mr. Srirang holds an MBA degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations and Bachelors in Industrial Engineering. He has been with the Bank since 2001.

In his 20 years of work experience at organisations like Coca-Cola India Limited, Ford India Limited, ICI India limited and ICICI Bank, Srirang has handled Industrial Relations, Mergers, Leadership Development, Performance Management and large scale recruitment and employee engagement processes. At ICICI Bank, he has successfully handled integration of Sangli Bank and Bank of Rajasthan with the Bank. He has also been instrumental in establishing Branch Banking Academy and Sales Academy for the Bank.

Yogi Sriram

Senior Vice President – Corporate Human Resources, Larsen & Toubro Limited.

Yogi Sriram, is Senior Vice President – Corporate Human Resources, Larsen & Toubro Limited. He also leads a world class Institute of Project Management.

Mr. Sriram completed his B.A. Honours in Economics from Shriram College of Commerce and Masters in Personnel Management & IR from TISS. He also holds MBA in Organization Behaviour from FMS, New Delhi.

He has about 40 years of experience in the Human Resources Development function, of which 30 are in Leading Human Resources teams in companies of major significance such as Asea Brown Boveri Limited, BP,Taj Group (Tata) and the Shriram Group (Earlier DCM).

He has published papers in journals of international repute and has built a reputation as a successful thought leader and implementer having laid the foundation for most of L&T’s signature leadership programs.

Ronald C. Sequeira

Country HR Head, GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals India

Ronald C. Sequeira, holds a BSc (Chemistry) degree from Loyola College, Chennai, and a post-graduate degree from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Ronald began his HR career as a Management Trainee of Union Carbide India Limited and rose rapidly to head their flagship unit in HR. In 1992 Ronald joined HSBC as Head-HR for Eastern India. From then on he held several positions of increasing responsibilities including driving HSBC India growth agenda between 1998 and 2002 before being moved to HSBC Hong Kong as Manager Asia Pacific.

In 2004 Ronald joined Tata Power as Vice President & Head HR where in addition to the HR function he had oversight of its large CSR function.

Ronald joined GSK India in December 2006 and was appointed Executive Director on the Board of Directors in October 2007 is currently country HR Head at GSK and is a Director on the Chiron Bearings Panacea Vaccines Ltd board, a GSK subsidiary.
He was also a member of the Group HR steering committee for the Tata Group.
